AROMATIZZAZIONE: Mediante una miscela di erbe e spezie selezionate, quali cannella, rabarbaro, genziana, anice stellata e arancio amaro, appositamente e lasciate a contatto col vino per circa 60 giorni in botti di rovere francese.                                                                                                                         PROCEDURE: old family recipe which consists in blending together in an oak tonneau Dolcetto wine of approx 14° with different herbs such as gentian, cinnamon, rhubarb, anis and bitter orange for at least three months, with an addition of pure alcohol.

CARATTERISTICHE: Rosso rubino, profumo intenso, spaziato, complesso; gusto pieno, dolce, con retrogusto leggermente amarognolo derivatogli dalle erbe.   CHARACTERISTICS:  Dessert wine, with a spicy, intense nose; the mouth is much smoother than expected, with a rich end.
