VINIFICAZIONE: leggera pressatura delle uve, seguita da una macerazione a freddo in vasche d’acciaio termo-condizionate, per 6-8 giorni.                         VINIFICATION: soft pressing of the grapes followed by a cool maceration in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 days.

CARATTERISTICHE: giallo paglierino chiaro con bei riflessi verdognoli; profumo delicato, note floreali di camomilla e ginestra; sapore equilibrato e piacevolmente fresco, in bocca note minerali e buona sapidità.                                                                                                                                   CHARACTERISTICS: light straw-yellow colour with green hints; delicate nose, floral notes of chamomile and broom; taste well balanced and pleasant, in mouth mineral notes and good sapidity.
